Open Call ; BAL members and non-members January 23 – February 20, 2027 SUBMISSION DEADLINE : December 16, 2026 The BAL Annual Member Show is a month-long community exhibition where artists can share their work, meet other artists, invite friends and family into the gallery, and experience the process of exhibiting in a public space Who Can Participate: The show is open to BAL members and non-members. BAL Members: No entry fee Non-Members: $30 participation fee The $30 fee is non-refundable and includes BAL membership for the exhibition period. The participation fee helps cover the costs of maintaining the gallery space, electricity, artwork handling and hanging, preparing the opening reception, and the jurying process. Artwork Requirements Submit up to 3 artworks Each artwork must be 16″ × 16″ or smaller All mediums are welcome Artwork must be original and ready for exhibition Juried Exhibition This is a juried exhibition. Submitting artwork does not guarantee that every submitted piece will be exhibited. Artists may submit up to three works. Depending on the jurying process and available gallery space, the jury may select one, two, or all three works from an artist. How To Submit For Members: Please email one PDF to: brandywineartlounge@gmail.com PDF file should include: Artist name Artwork title Dimensions Medium Year Price Short description Artwork image ; Artwork images should be 2–3 MB with quality image Non Members: Submit Through Form Exhibition & Important Dates Deadline : December 16, 2026 Submission Result : January 8, 2026 Artwork Drop-Off :January 14-16, 2027 | 10 AM–4 PM Artists are responsible for bringing their selected artwork to Brandywine Art Lounge during the designated drop-off time. Opening Reception : January 23, 2027 | 2–4 PM Artwork Pickup : February 20, 2027 | 10 AM–4 PM Artists must pick up their artwork during the designated pickup time unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
