The 10th Annual Wheaton Arts Parade & Festival returns to downtown Wheaton on Sunday, September 27 and celebrates the visual arts in a very unique way. The parade and festival both feature visual arts, most of which were created by people and groups in the greater Washington, DC area. Following the parade, the celebration continues with a visual arts festival featuring more than 50 booths where artists sell their original work.
